Everything about Frank Watson totally explained

Frank Watson is a Republican member of the Illinois State Senate, representing the 51st district since 1983 and serving as Senate Republican Leader. He was Assistant Majority Leader from 1993 to 2002, and previously served as a State Representative from 1979 to 1982.
Watson has pushed for a law funding only one trip per week for the Illinois Governor, Rod Blagojevich from Chicago to Springfield. Blagojevich has refused to live in the Governor's Mansion in Springfield and has been ferried roundtrip at taxpayer expense three or more times a week, costing more than $75,000 during the state budget crisis. Watson said, "(Blagojevich's daily flights) are a total waste of taxpayers' money" and should be reduced. After becoming a registered pharmacist, he took over his family's business, Watson's Drugstore, in Greenville.(External Link) In 2006, the Watsons sold the store. The Watsons had been operating the pharmacy in Greenville for over 100 years, since early in the 1900s. Watson and his wife Susan have two children. They live in Greenville, where he grew up.
